The staff were so helpful, my son lost an airpod in the room. The staff were so helpful in finding it and shipping it to us. Breakfast was plentiful and the waiting staff were very polite

The staff were wonderful but as a luxury hotel it should vbe redecorated, the hotel does not reflect other Steigenberger hotels, it is looking very dated
