Con: The staff is not very friendly. I don‘t know if they are overwhelmed or just not in the mood on a friday evening, but I’ve rarely seen staff so disengaged at check in. Pro: The room is spacious and clean. Good position to the airport and train station

I had to stay at the hotel due to a cancelled flight. The staff was very kind at check-in and my room was beautiful. Quiet room despite next to the airport.

The location is just perfect if you are visiting the Messe Stuttgart. Airport, train, and taxis are available just a few meters from the hotel and the walk to Messe Stuttgart is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is always clean and the food is nice.

Location! Out the door and into the airport. Can't beat that. Have stayed here on numerous occassions and the convenience is not to be topped. Check in was easy and friendly. I got a nice upgrade on this stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. There are varous facilities here such as a nice bar and a wellness area. I did not have time on this stay to take advantage. Will be back!
