The apartment was near the arena where we went to attend a concert. It takes you around 20 min to get there by foot. There is also a shopping mall close by, where you can grab something quick to eat or buy necessities.

The property is located just 5 mins from the s-Bahn. They was no staff available when we arrive but got key through the lock box with our own code to retrieve it. The first impression was on the small side but as we spend time in the property, we understood it was perfectly sized for two people. The bed was so comfortable and the pillow is the best I’ve ever had in a hotel! Don’t worry I didn’t take it with me ;) the hotel breakfast was great, we filled our boots on freshly made eggs and breads and meats. Plus fruits, ect. Thank you, we would happily stay here again. Oh yeah it was very quietly situation. We kept our windows open all night. A few giggling children but that was it. Not major.

The location is in an ideal neighbourhood. It is very quiet. You can walk to the city centre of Bad Cannstatt. Parking is available nearby, but it comes at an additional cost. We also attended a football match at the stadium, which is about a 20-30 minute walk away.

The location is great - in the nice district of Berg, close to public transport, two great swimming pools, with good neighbourhood restaurants close by. The hotel is family run, the rooms are well appointed, decent bathroom. The hotel is within walking distance of the Stuttgart Stadium and the price was kept at normal levels even for Euro 2024, so the place is really fair towards it customers.
