Everything is done really fast. All needed informations are provided clearly and simply. Room was exceptionally clean and comfy. Public transport easy accessable.

A clean and comfortable hotel. I didn't take breakfast because the breakfast was quite poor. It is in the suburban part of the city, but there is no transportation problem. Especially the female staff at the reception was extremely polite and helpful.

I think it's the best B&B Hotel I've stayed in yet. Receptionist was very kind, room was very clean and spacious. There were enough parking spaces on our stay, but I saw an ad that there's also a parking closeby for 5 euros.

Generally clean and comfortable. It has easy access to the tram network. There is a garage with shop and bakery next door (great alternative breakfast option).

We had just changed hotel as the one we went to was more expensive, the staff didn't speak english, and there was no air conditioning or wifi. This hotel however, had friendly, fluent english speaking staff, as well as GOOD air conditioning and free wifi. The check in experience was harmless, our room was close by, and everything was relatively hands free.

Clean, comfortable and bright rooms. Smiling and helpful staff. They answered every question and gave very detailed directions for visiting the city. If your destination is the Mercedes Museum or the stadium, this is the place!

Located in a quiet area where you can find different tram routes. Good breakfast, it lacked an omelette, but had boiled eggs, a large selection of sausages/cheese/vegetables
