The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great public areas and wonderful breakfast. Young, vibrant crowd in the bar in the evening.

Perfect location for us being in the town centre, and beside the rail station - very well placed for train travel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has some parking, but there's very cheap parking over the railway line at Cheapside parking which is free 5 pm to 8 am anyway. Nice shower, and a comfortable bed (but see below).
