the only problem is we need more heat in our room and nobody answer quickly. I think if nobody is going to take care of your check in at least they should be ready to help rigth away via what's app.

Great location. Short walk from train station, lake and town. Quiet location, next door to supermarket which was convenient. Quite spacious and great to have the extra little living space if travelling with a few people.

Great location close to the train, and the waterfront was easily accessible. Able to store our luggage before check-in. The room and shower were a good size. Well equipped.

Perfect location - really easy walk to town and railway station. Super quiet and great to have a little kitchenette. Plenty of room to spread out and squeaky clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, the supermarket was very close, you had everything you needed for a good stay. We could use the washing machine. It had a nice balcony with good insulation from the outside. The style of the place was great.

We been here with my sons and wife and the position is 4 minute from train station and 4 minutes from the lake, also there is a supermercat just at 1 minute away "Conan" very big and cool to buy staff. The room are inside a building with residents and you need to take a lift (little big old) but its fine. The place is quite and the room is perfect and clean. It have a good shower pressure and the rooms are new. The room have also a smart tv with anything you need. Cool also to have the cofee machine nespresso and other things. We been here 2 days and we like it, for the standard of Stresa price is also very good. usually we travel always in hotels 4/5 stars but this time we found this option and we actually enjoy. The check-in was very simple they give you a code to pickup the key and you go, check out also easy just leave the cash for the city tax on the tabel and put back the keys. The area is super safe, but I guess al Stresa it's a safe place. The lake very cool.

Nicely decorated apartment very close to the center and the ferry terminal. Supermarket right around the corner. Comfortable bed, the majority of cooking essentials provided, washer. Clear check-in instructions. Possibility of parking for free on the same street or nearby.

Great central location, just 5 minutes distance from the lake, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with all little details that showed attention and care.

An excellent place to stay for a short visit. Very quiet and great views from the balcony. The room is spacious. 5 minute walk from the station, 4 minutes to the lake, 3 minutes to town, 1and the supermarket is next door.
