Daniela,Sara & Marta were excellent to deal with & very helpful during our 6 night stay.They all clearly love the Hotel & its beautiful history.Location was excellent,public transport close by & easy to use.Rooftop views were amazing & nice to relax up there at anytime.Rooms & decor throughout hotel very tasteful.Would definitely stay here again.Lake view accommodation with balcony ...superb.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location - but it is the fantastic staff who make the whole place special. Why would you want to miss out on breakfast or evening drinks on the top floor when the service is so warm and friendly? And the front desk is equally helpful and welcoming, and will give great tips on things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommended!

Very modern and stylish! A family run hotel - they work very hard at making your stay pleasant, personable and were super helpful! The terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks.

Well situated; 1 minute walk to Imbarcadero and 3 minutes walk to Piazza Grande. Hotel reception staff exceptional. All friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean with a good sized en-suite.

Wonderful , relaxing stay in Beautiful. Boutique hotel, room was lovely and comfortable and spotless with great aminities. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely modern design. fabulous location close to centre.. Spectacular views of stressa and the islands from the lovely rooftop terrace. Evening bar menu was great with very good selection. Thank you to all the staff who were all great, exceptionally welcoming, friendly and so helpful., Hotel should definitely be 4 star.. Top class! Will definitely return and highly recommend,
