The room was very basic but sufficient and it had a beautiful balcony facing the lake. The hotel has a small beach with sun loungers and they provided beach towels. The hotel parking area was spacious. The staff was nice and helpful.

It had a family run feel and was small but comfortable room with a jacuzzi bath, fridge, coffee machine, water bottles each day, dressing gowns and slippers. And a great view from the balcony of the lake.

Friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. Particularly Chiara and the owner. Clean and tidy. Good position a little out of Stresa, so need a car as taxis are very difficult to come by, and not reliable. Tea / coffee facilities in the room, but no milk - easily resolvable by asking the staff. Rooms tidied and beds made every day. Really fantastic views over Lake Maggiore. Stresa is walkable from the hotel, but too dangerous as it’s on a main road with no footpaths and little lighting, and very fast traffic. Double glazing very efficient!

We loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Loved the private access to the lake and only 3 minutes drive to the main area of Stresa
