We were nicely upgraded to a suite with a view and balcony, which was great because we were traveling with our small child. More space in the room for crib etc.... The staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast great and we had nice massages at the spa.

The overall experience in this hotel is amazing. The view from the room was over the lake and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was super spacious as well and it had a walk-in shower and bath tub. Super broad terrace. Double the size of the other terraces. Breakfast very extensive. Drinks in general in the hotel can be expensive compared to what you would pay in a bar or restaurant. However, the amount of alcohol in the drinks is also doubled it looks like. You get value for money in that regard. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The Beach Club is an absolute joy - infinity pool overlooking one of the most scenic lakeside views in Europe. Lucky with the hot weather, but we were there as soon as it opened and plenty of available beds/ loungers throughout. The SkyBar is also a fantastic experience, with sensational views over the lake and Stresa, possibly the best cocktails I've ever seen and decent bar food / snacks as well. The receptionist staff were really helpful and even though we arrived super early before check in, we were able to use all of the hotel facilities and not lose a day hanging about. Very impressive!

Great location, right across from the port and near the city center. We enjoyed the spa, although it is a bit overpriced. Great breakfast with a wide range of choices, and excellent service.

The hotel location is convenient, great spa facilities, warm water swimming pool with stunning view at roof, breakfast and attentive reception staffs. This hotel is well designed and pay attention on details! Highly recommended!

This is a smart hotel with excellent facilities and a great location. When we were eventually moved in to the main building our room was lovely with the most stunning view. The sky bar is really special and the beach club is very cool.
