Balcony terrace was lovely with a gorgeous view, bed was comfortable and shower strong. Good location and helpful staff.

Room was compact but very clean with and had a well thought out design with lovely art work. I was lucky enough to have a view of the Isola Bella from the bathroom. The view from the balcony was to die for . For the price I could only get the back room of at other similar hotels. I love the flowers in their garden keeping in tradition with bygone days. The pool was lovely for a swim in the afternoons. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

We liked everything about this hotel which we'd highly recommend. The general comfort, decor, the wonderful view , the efficiency and courteousness of all the staff made for a perfect week's holiday. The breakfasts are amazing.

This hotel was immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel is in a very good location, only 10mins walk into the centre of the town. Our room had a lake view which was spectacular. The room was a little dated in decor but was very clean and housekeeping was very efficient. The shower had great power and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of foods. The staff were very efficient in refilling items. Waiter staff were very pleasant and worked hard to keep the customers happy.

The location was excellent with lovely view of the lake and islands. Delicious breakfasts and extremely friendly staff. Parking which was handy and nice pool. Room spotlessly clean and lovely to have a balcony.

What an experience to stay in this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake Maggiori and would recommend to everyone. The facilities, including the pool and breakfast was wonderful.

- The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most particularly Adi, he was incredibly warm and gave us much advice. Having people like this in a hotel really makes a huge difference in the experience - The beds were very comfortable and the shower head was very nice. - The little balcony had a wonderful view of the lake - The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and varied. Bonus points to the scrambled eggs. I do not know what is inside, but it was divine.
