We stayed here for one night during our visit to Mount Taranaki. The property is managed by a wonderful lady named Judith, who is incredibly friendly and knows how to make guests feel right at home. She prepared the best breakfast we’ve ever had in New Zealand! If you’re staying here, don’t miss the opportunity to try her amazing breakfast.

Highly recommend if you stay at Stratford! Judith is a charming host and we are enjoying talking with her during breakfast! Her house is so beautiful, and room is spacious and elegant decorated,breakfast was so delicious! Parking is also easy!

Everything. Wonderful, friendly hospitality from the owners, beautiful accommodation - very comfy inside, in a character villa, and surrounded by an absolutely gorgeous garden. Delicious breakfasts were the icing on the cake.
