Ideal location within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants, off street parking is a lovely bonus being able to park up and forget about the car is great, lovely welcome from Tim and breakfast choices great

The host, Tim was very welcoming and helpful. He has great knowledge of Stratford upon Avon and gave us some useful tips on where to go. The room was lovely and was very clean. The full English was just enough to set you up for the day.

The host was friendly, and professional.. Enjoyed the experience of sleeping in a four -poster bed. Good choice of menu for breakfast. Excellent location. Ten minute walk into Stratford.

a friendly welcome from Tim who marked sites of interest on a map for me and the location was spot on and easy enough to find from the train station the room was very nice but think if you had mobility issues getting to the top floor might be difficult and the breakfast was great n you had different options to choose from so all in all I was impressed
