The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious. But it was the staff that made the stay. They were outstanding, each and everyone we interacted with.

Clean and comfortable room, bathroom was good, location excellent, free parking too. Only downside, quite a wait for breakfast and it could of been better, shame the window in our was broken and would not stay open, needs fixing.

Comfortable, clean, roomy and great location, which you would expect for the price. Perfect for a short visit. Let down by the breakfast experience (ran out of coffee at 9.30am on a Thursday, breakfast took 45 minutes then arrived cold, and staff were rude even though the breakfast room was barely a quarter full!) went off-site on the second morning instead of starting off the day in misery!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Comfy room with a good selection of complimentary snacks and drinks. Bed very comfy. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast delicious with a wide selection. Nice bar terrace. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location but the rooms felt a bit worn out and tired, definitely in need of a light refurb. The optional service charge that was asked for on checkout (5% of your total bill) was also very cheeky, and not something that I have ever been asked for at any other hotel I’ve stayed at, and something I suggest they do not do. Better off adding it into the cost of the room!

Breakfast was 1st class, well presented and nicely cooked. The room we had was very good and had an excellent position with river views.
