The place was spotless, we were made very welcome and able to park opposite. Fresh milk in a thermos and a very smart coffee/ tea machine were provided. Breakfast was nicely cooked and the toast was especially nice. We were pleased to meet Parker the dog! Lovely bright bathroom.

Stayed in Room 4, good size room, quiet as it’s at the back, very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely cooked breakfast, great location. Richard and Sue were great hosts.

The best place we have ever stayed in Stratford upon Avon and we’ve stayed in about 15 places. The owners Richard and June are fantastic, the accommodation is spotlessly clean, breakfast brilliant and Parker the dog is the second nicest dog in the world. 5 minute walk to town. 10 minutes to the theatre. Parking free, just across the road and as safe as you are likely to get.

Richard and Sue made us feel very comfortable and welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them, so friendly. The room was lovely, large, spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was beautiful, and the location is perfect would recommend without hesitation and we would certainly go back again.

The room was spacious, confortable, cozy and super clean. Amazing breakfast. The house is located walking distance from the station, and 5min from the city center.
