The location was fantastic and so easy to walk into the city and to the RSC. The breakfast was very good but we felt the system of waiting to be seated took too long

Location is excellent. Beds comfy and rooms clean although a bit small. Hotel in general a bit dated in places. Corridors creaky and noisy at night. Spa changing rooms not very good. No conditioner in showers.
