We were greeted upon arrival and shown our room and asked if we needed any recommendations for the evening. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the eggs were delicious. Highly recommend, couldn't fault on anything.

The breakfast was excellent, good quality food well cooked. The location was a little out of the way but easy to find.

Great location, very convenient for local places to visit. Excellent breakfast which included home make bread and eggs from chickens in the garden. Lovely comfortable room and very friendly hosts.

A very quaint gorgeous homely place to stay. The hosts made us feel very welcome, very clean, heated towel rail was a nice bonus, nice little touches like a bottle of water for when we arrived. Had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was amazing and so many special touches.

We stayed for 3 nights from 12th-15th October. We were welcomed by Jenny who showed us our lovely room which was very clean and had everything you'd need. Tea and coffee were replenished everyday as well as fresh milk and water. It was a lovely warm room and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made to order every morning with home made bread. Unlimited tea/coffee and toast. Alan and Jenny couldn't do enough for us and were really helpful. The location was great with two pubs only 5 minutes drive away. We were also five minutes from the park and ride into the city centre. We couldn't recommend this lovely B & B enough. Sarah and Mark Lewis

What a beautiful cottage stayed here for my friends birthday. Absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay

I like the quietness most. Watching sun rose from the window of my room in early morning was so peaceful and soothing. Comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Both are with beautiful wooden windows, doors and antique locks. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in B&Bs. Eggs were from Alan's own hens laid a day before. And the Dickens's desk in the dining room was another attraction. A wonderful stay! Thanks to Alan and Jenny for the great hospitality!

Great location, fantastic hosting, excellent breakfast, within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, will definitely stay again when next in the area and would whole heartedly recommend others to do so too.
