Really lovely and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Room had everything needed and great decor. Wonderful location close to the theatre and Shakespeare sightseeing. Convenient to have parking.

Location, parking, excellent customer service, we had five rooms booked for a party, all of the rooms were ready for early check in. Breakfast very good. Definitely stay again.

This was a gorgeous hotel with three different sections. There was the Tudor portion which housed the restaurant and bar. We stayed in the Georgian townhouse and there is also a modern part. It all blends together very well.

Loved the location, parking was easy and the whole property was faultless. The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever known at a hotel couldn’t do enough for us and no request was any trouble at all absolute pleasure being there and I’d go back 100%
