Excellent location. Was able to park the car easily and walk everywhere for the whole weekend. Spotlessly clean. Easy check in and coming and going arrangements.

Excellent communications on check in, great that we had parking permits sorted for whole weekend & managed to park just around the corner.. Comfy bed. Great location for short walk into town.

Close to the town centre, the room was lovely and clean, everything we needed. The private outdoor patio was essential as we are smokers. The host, Kate, was warm and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and she informed us of how to check-in in advance. The parking scratchcards were a nice touch and we were able to park just around the corner for two days days at no cost. We'll definitely be returning.

Perfect location for walking in and out of Stratford and travelling around surrounding areas eg Warwick too. Could walk to pubs, restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. Parking was close, easy and permits provided made it free. Room was nicely decorated, had everything needed for a short stay and best bit (having a dog) was the French doors that led out to a small contained yard (dog bowls, towel and treat also provided). Staff rang before hand to explain the key system and check in and were very friendly.

Good location and very warm. Huge fridge and good to see an ironing board. Good plug points and lots of sockets. No freezer.
