Great breakfast and excellent communication from the owners. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The location in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon was exceptional. The owners privided a parking permit for a nominal amount so we could park very close to the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect. Good breakfast. Excellent shower. Room comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets in the form of extension leads. Host was very knowledgeable of area.

The location, the adjacent street parking , the host John was more than helpful very knowledgeable of the area & gave us excellent information to make the most of our trip , checking in was easy , & a tick list for choosing what you like on your cooked breakfast was helpful as was choosing our time eat , breakfast was lovely & well presented 👍our room was comfortable, well equipped, an extra oil heater if we needed it ( cold snap weekend) , tea/ coffee tray👍nice roomy bathroom

It was personal but not overwhelming as privacy was recognized. The owner was so helpful and a font of information when needed or commented on. He was organized with good management and people skills while maintaining his high degrees of detail, as shown with their breakfast and cozy dining room. Overall, it was clean and caring with a good location, and I would not hesitate to come back if that opportunity came.

A lovely small hotel in an excellent position within Stratford upon Avon. The breakfast was excellent, the owners were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed, although it was small, however it did not detract from our stay
