Room had all the essentials and more: bed, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, air fryer… It was a very quick walk into town through a beautiful park. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Very happy.

Brilliant location for centre of Stratford upon Avon. Just a very few minutes walk in to the town centre. Free parking spot on the driveway which was extremely useful in Stratford which is really difficult for parking. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. It is a very small flat. On my own that wasn't a problem but a bigger person or a couple might find it a bit of a challenge. Good heating but the shower really was only warm. Not sure why. It was already turned up to maximum when I arrived. Very good communication from the owner. Thank you very much.

Was exactly how the pictures depicted, clean & comfortable. A lovely touch was a jug of fresh milk to go with the tea, coffee & sugar that was in the property

Nice compact accommodation including a kitchen with oven, microwave, air fryer(so I was told, but I did not look for it). Easy to make simple meals and there is a Waitrose supermarket less than 10 mins walk away for provisions. The double bed was very comfortable. The flat is ground floor attached to the main house. The walk into the centre of town is a pleasant stroll through the park or along the Old Tramway no need to use the road. Handy for the RSC. I would use this accommodation again if visiting Stratford for a multi night stay.

The location was perfect for where I was working, but more importantly were the owners who are really friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. That was really appreciated
