Very well equipped room - they thought of everything, even iron, mini ironing board, mini fridge, TV and Hairdryer.

Diane and Iain were very welcoming.and the room (the family room with en-suite) was very comfortable and quiet. Ashgrove house is very conveniently located for the town centre and the RSC (we had requested a parking space). Breakfast, a nice selection, is served in your room. We only stayed one night as travelling on but would definitely be back.

Near site parking. Accommodation very close to town centre. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely 😍

Ian & Diane were very gracious hosts and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was prepped. Rooms were comfortable. The rooms were cool overnight, but warmed up nicely for the morning. Breakfast was delightful and filling.

The b&b is close to the station, and not too far from the centre of town. Lovely spacious room overlooking a small park. Very well furnished and equipped, even with a fridge, containing milk and water. Good choice for breakfast, served in the room at a time of my choosing.
