The fine print
The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8am until 7pm, and on Saturdays from 8am until 12am. On Sundays, they are closed, but they are open on bank holidays.
If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code.Please note that there is no breakfast on Sunday mornings and bank holidays.Once-a-week cleaning is included in the price. Daily breakfast (except on Sundays) is available at an additional cost.Bed linen is provided.The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location was excellent. Close to all Strasbourg had to offer. Lots of eateries were walking distance.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect for the centre of town with many shops, bars and cafes.

I both liked and disliked the location. As it's in the city center and close to everything, including public transport, the disadvantage of it that it is extremely noisy and loud during the late evening hours (21 - 00h). It's almost impossible to go to bed early, even if you're tired. Apart from that I like the staff, the comfort of the rooms and in general the value for money paid. Would stay again (hopefully in a more quiet room).

Spacious, clean apartment only 15 minutes walk from the train station and the cathedral. It also had a bath which was lovely after staying in several apartments with only showers. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage by the reception for a few hours after we had checked out.
