We stayed in the 2br family apartment. Short 30sec walk from the main hotel however it felt like your own private apartment with full cleaning service from the hotel. Location was amazing which made walking all around Strasbourg centre and hot spots easy. Size of the apartment and rooms was generous. Lounge room window looked right over Kléber square. Tram station 10sec from front door but you don’t hear tram noise. I highly recommend this apartment.

The central location, access to trams and walking to iconic sites, restaurants and stores. The staff were helpful and very friendly and hospitable.

Location is perfectly central for Xmas markets, restaurants and shopping. The quaint areas are everywhere, but Petit France is the most picturesque, which is 0.5 km away. Staff were friendly. Double glazing was good.

The location is superb! The Christmas Night Market is right below the building itself and very near to the tram from Gare de Strasbourg! Very accessible, it is walking distance to all the places I visited.

Perfect location, Christmas market was right in front of the hotel. Quiet rooms, despite the busy location. Rooms are small, which is totally corresponding to the architecture of the location, but still fine for family with kid. We did not try the breakfast, lot of options in couple of minutes instead.

The location is excellent, about 10min walk from the training station, shops and restaurants are around the corner. The main attractions are all within walking distance. The lift is available and 24h reception. The staff is nice. Can store the luggage. The room colour is characteristic. Aircon is available.
