I liked the room and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Bathroom was very clean. Location is Top ! The Luggage concept was very nice.

Excellent location, right opposite the station and just a short walk away from the cathedral, Petite France and the main shopping area. Our room was large and comfortable with a view over the square. Large bathroom. Very nice breakfast. We were extremely impressed with the left luggage lockers!

Arriving by train made this the perfect hotel location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the good price we paid the rooms were good. The included breakfast was really good. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit quickly from our location. Very happy bunch of travelers.

I was a Bit apprehensive about booking here after I read previous reviews but due to location I went for it, and so glad I did! It was fabulous! The staff were so nice and helpful and friendly. We booked the cheapest room and on arrival we were Upgraded to a bigger and newly renovated room and it was very comfortable and spotless clean! I was ill so decided to sleep in but my niece, who I was traveling with, she ate the breakfast and said it was fabulous! The room got a little hot at night but the French balcony was a savior of fresh air (the heat can also be turned down on the thermostat in the room). Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, it was only a 2 minute walk a cross the road from the main station and 15 minutes walk to everything else you might want to see in the center. We loved that we could stay until 12:00 too and when we were too cold outside we came back to chill out in their common area for a few hours before our train left, even tho we had already checked out. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, just opposite gare de Strasbourg, exceptional services, very friendly staff, when we arrived, Leny welcomed us with warm big smile and the check-in is fast and easy. We can drop our luggage at the baggage room. (Free and coded lokcer) after we check out. Just 15 minutes walk galeries la fayette and 5 minutes walk to les halles. Definitely will come back to stay here if come back to Strasbourg.

Close to the train station and lots of restaurants. Customer service is super friendly and the breakfast buffet is satisfying each morning.

Despite being right opposite the main railway station, it was very secure with entry by reception staff only.

Location was good, opposite the railway station. City centre could be reached by walking. Room was basic and tea and coffee was not adequate. Breakfast was ample, however more hot choice would have been appreciated.
