You have to pay it directly at the hotel.Please note that access to the public car park is at 1 Rue Sébastopol. The car park is located on the right side of the road and it is called P2 Sébastopol. At the entrance of the car park, stay on the left lane which direct you to the closest entrance of the hotel.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Really good location, in the heart org the city and close to restaurants, hotels, shopping centres. Staff were helpful. We had to pay a hold fee so be prepared to do so. We stayed in a double room and it was small but fine.

Stayed there only for one night but it was a pleasant experience! Located near to the train station and city center (~10m by walk). A pleasant view from a window. There is a late check-in. Everyone was very welcoming. Not much space to place staff, but it wasn’t a problem for us. You can leave your baggages in the hotel which was very convenient for us.

At the heart of the city center. Easy to access city center, all christmas markets in Strasbourg. Friendly and cheerfull staff.

The location was great..lots of shops around ..primark opposite..a mcdonalds 30 second walk away and the attractions like the cathedral were a 15 min walk...great for the christmas markets..10 min walk from the train station.receptionists super polite and very helpful and breakfast was great!
