The location is great, the staff are helpful and very nice. They offered as courtesy gluwein and lebekuchen as it was Christmas time. Room was comfortable and shower had the basics (hair drier, soap and shampoo).

Got super lucky with our room and had a wonderful view of the area outside the station, which had a unique tree lit for Christmas time. Very comfy room and great facilities, even got a complimentary treat for staying with them at Christmas time. No complaints, great experience and location.

Location of the hotel is very close to the old part of the city, the breakfast is quite rich and especially the croissant with chocolate were very tasty.

Travelling with our dog needed a night stopover in strasbourg, perfect location opposite the main train station, really good dog friendly room with an excellent location.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean. We needed the sofa bed to be made for our son - we notified the hotel during the reservation, and the sofa bed was made when we entered the room. Very good value for money.

Basic, small room, clean and comfortable, nice view, clean and fresh bedsheets and towels. Perfect location to visit and explore Strasbourg. The breakfast amazingly tasty, delicious! The finest tea 😍
