We appreciated the room size (bigger than expected) and its comfort queen bed. Design decoration and nice bathroom. A place to rest (bed, sofa & chair) a place to work (desk) with a kettle. Wifi was good to work too. The breakfast was very well supplied with lot of choice, from Salads (grated carotts/betroot, lettuce, fruits), handmade pastries & cakes, salted items (eggs station, cheeses, ham/sausage, salted cakes), juices, milk products or substitute for vegan, céréales, teas and excellent coffee. The restaurant area was lovely too. Next to the train station. The city center is 15min walk or 2 tram stations away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage keeping was a plus. Price 133€/night for 2 people for a queen room is ok for SXB (breakfast not included)

Above all, the friendly and very welcoming staff. It is our sixth time at this hotel and it is always a pleasure to come back. The breakfast is the best one you could get in Strasbourg, a homemade selection of cakes, Yoghurts, and other local products that you can enjoy only in Tandem. We even had a vegetarian quiche made only for us (thanks a lot to Jayjay and to all the breakfast Team). Really looking forward to coming back in February.

Very friendly staff and reception. The hotel served a few options for dinner, which was excellent as our train was both late and uncomfortable and it was raining to boot. Lovely breakfast.

I liked everything about this hotel, design, decoration, even glasses for drink and unique gin))) The breakfast was freshly cooked there with a lot of choice pies and juices and was beautiful.

Super comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and an incredible breakfast. Bonus for the two lovely rescue Birdies (in a big cage) in the breakfast room. Great location close the main station and only a short walk from the historical center. Parking is also available close by and the hotel offers a reduced fee for one of the parking garages.

+ great location (close to the centre), supermarket, cafes nearby + discount for parking at Sainte-Aurelie Parking by the train station (3 min walk) + friendly receptionists and staff at the breakfast area + free filtered water in the lounge area (the hotel did not offer day snacks when we stayed there) + good wi-fi

For breakfast you have to use only one plate .breakfast include only sweat .they don't change used towel .if you want water you must going out frome your room and take your bottle and pour water .

Excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. As it was Christmas, we were gifted a bottle of the local cremant, which was a lovely touch! The location is excellent if travelling by train with an easy walk to the town centre. The food was also great.

Beautiful hotel right in front of Strasbourg train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!!
