Enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and friendly service of the staff. Overall, a value for money stay. Location is 5 mins tram journey away the Centre town, but it is still convenient as the hotel location is a residential neighbourhood.

Good location, 1 stop away from the train station and 2 stops from city centre. You need to walk around 5-7 mins from tram stop to the hotel. Also the hotel is very warm, clean and nice. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Comfortable pillows and mattress.

Awesome location. A few minutes' walk to the tram station. So easy to get to the Christmas markets and to the main train station for connecting trains. Very comfortable beds, great size room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

The location is perfect ...just 1 minute walk to the tram..Two stops and ull be in the christmas market ..I totally recommend...plus its so clean and no old carpet and bad adore

The staff is kind, the room was clean and the location is great, being close to a tram station that allows you to easily get to the Christmas markets.

Comfortable, clean room with a big, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was great and good value. Staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to get to from the station and easy to tram into the city centre.
