The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and there is no word such as cannot do something. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back.

The hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from Strasbourg old town (Petite France), and 16 minutes walk from Strasbourg Train Station. The size of the room was big enough, but NOT extraordinary big. The breakfast was very good, despite a bit complicated to get there, as well as the SPA, which are both located in a building in the opposite side of the street accessible by a tunel. The indications to get there could be better, or someone from the staff could do it just after the check in instead to bring bags to the rooms.

Hotel les Haras is beautiful. The room that we stayed in was large, had exposed beams which added to its beauty. We had fabulous views of the courtyard. We had requested a cot for our toddler and it was perfect. They also had a changing mat and towel for him. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and really made the check in process smooth (which is really appreciated when you when a small child!). The hotel is within walking distance of the Christmas markets. It really is perfect.
