1) Very kind and helpful staff! 2) Nice ambiance as well which was great given that our room was rather small. 3) The location was also great, we were able to walk everywhere which was important to us.

Location was reasonable and not too far to walk to old town/cathedral area.Trams/buses nearby to get to the railway station

Perfect location close to Petite France and Cathedral. In quiet cul de sac. Staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful and polite. Free mulled wine at reception. Buffet Breakfast excellent.

Standard of finish and cleanliness was very good, we would definitely stay her again. Car parking facilities were perfect and very secure. The hotel arranged for me to have EV charging for the night (at extra cost which was fine). Really quirky room was excellent in the loft space

location was great. We were close to the Christmas markets. Great service. The staff were very compose and we never saw anyone with a frown. They were very attentive to our needs and very helpful.

Modern, boutique style hotel with garden and parking. Lovely clean room with robes and toiletries, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast and close proximity to attractions.

A nice hotel in a great location, with really lovely staff. The breakfast was varied and refreshed constantly. We stayed in an apartment, which was great for having more space to chill and to eat there when we wanted. It was a really spacious room with comfy beds, a great big bathroom and a little kitchen/eating area.
