Location was good even though it was near the train station. Rooms were clean but smallish and the showers needed a good scrub!

The hotel offered a unique lift experience, which added a touch of charm to the stay. The room felt luxurious, complete with complimentary snacks, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, functional, and came with extra amenities, which was a nice bonus. The aesthetic lobby décor was very inviting, and the luggage services for both check-in and check-out were convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, often assisting guests with directions around the city.

Very friendly & helpful desk staff, clean room. Exceptionally comfy beds. Handy cafe attached which does meals all day. Breakfast reasonable choice.

Excellent location, right across from the train station and close to restaurants and the old town. Great staff. Very good facilities. Clean and comfortable room. Would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, lot of variety. It is opposite the train station, but also 15 min walking to the center. You can easily take a tram if you don't want to walk. We went by car and parked one block away and received a discount for the parking. It has a nice restaurant as we didn't want to walk again to the center in the evening with my senior parents. The hotel is really nice and the rooms were spacious.

I like how friendly the staff were, the location was phenomenal as it was across from the train station and within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was wonderful too.
