Fantastic location, easy access to boat trips, train ride, the Cathedral and restaurants with excellent access to the Christmas market. The receptionist / concierge was very helpful when my wife had issues entering the hotel. Thank you. The breakfast was good and the chap managing the breakfast area was excellent and works really hard.

location was SUPERB. I also liked the air conditioning and the fact that it actually worked. After reading a bunch of reviews I had my expectations set to be much worse than what I actually got. The staff was nice. I think I left a pair of shorts.

This is amazing little hotel! Location couldn’t be better. Staff were very pleasant. My room was cleaned every day. If I came to Strasbourg again, I would definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended
