The bus, tram, and metro connections were excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The location isn’t far from the city, which was a big plus. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. I booked the pool, and it was exclusively reserved for us, which made for an amazing experience. Tea and coffee were provided, and I even got to cook my noodles. Having a McDonald’s just across the street was super convenient as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, chique hotel bar, fast, uncomplicated check in, spacious rooms with nice views, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy to find, didn't manage to use the spa/pool but would've loved too!

Excellent hotel with quality facilities. We enjoyed having a comfy bed and small kitchenette. The massage lady was excellent, as was the sauna and pool access. Staff at reception were mostly kind and friendly, particularly a couple of the young men who were very helpful with my husband and I asking questions. Underground parking is easy to navigate and included in hotel booking, it is secure and requires a card. We did unfortunately see one car with damage from another guest opening a car door, but were lucky to avoid this with our rental! There is a Lidl close by, but do note most places are not open Sundays and we ended up in a local area for groceries and a hot chicken. We were also able to do washing in the machine for a reasonable price. The bar at the front door is excellent and the bloke working there was kind and helpful, we ordered food one night and the pizza was very good (as was the Christmas beer!). They also had the football on the TV which was good to watch. Breakfast was okay, not the best we've had, but it filled the hole.

We had a spacious and clean room, perfect for a family. Parking is on site, enough free space and free charging for guests. Hotel is located not far away from the city centre. Staff is friendly and helpful.
