The fine print
The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00. It is closed at weekends and on public holidays. Guests arriving outside of reception times are asked to contact the property in advance to obtain instructions and access codes. Access codes will be given once the entire stay has been paid for.Please note that credit card details used at the time of booking may be used to charge:
- EUR 170 for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay
- EUR 150 if the non-smoking policy is not respected
- EUR 20 if the access card or keys are not returned upon departure.The studio cannot accommodate extra beds.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very responsive host. We arrived late and on a public holiday so collected the keys from a lockbox, but the communication prior was excellent, and Catherine arrived the next morning to touch base and supply additional pillows and duvets as per our overnight request. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the action. Loved being able to pop back for a pit stop during the day. Loved having a washing machine in the apartment. We had two apartments for our family - a studio and a duplex. The duplex apartment was spacious (despite lots of stairs) and my teens loved it. The apartments were clean and well maintained.

Incredible location, easily accessible to all the attractions we wanted to visited. Wonderfully big place, clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. Direct, clear communication from host. Highly recommend!

Everything in the room was amazing! location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and Christmas markets (around the Notre Dame Cathedral) The room was cozy, warm and spacious!
