Beautifully restored period home and exquisitely appointed. Short walk into Strahan and Hogarth Falls. The newly operational Charlottes French restaurant in The Manor offered an exceptional cuisine experience. Highly recommend it

Traditional style old mansion house. Basic rooms, loved the pool room and bar. Cathy made us drinks that weren’t on the menu without any hesitation. Beautiful grounds and excellent hospitality.

This accommodation is set in one of the most fascinating buildings I’ve stayed in. I loved the old charm of the manor, made even more special by the story behind it, which the warm and welcoming hosts shared. The couple managing the hotel were absolutely delightful, making the stay even more memorable. Each room had its own unique character, and the building itself was a true highlight of the trip. The pool table was a fantastic touch, adding to the overall experience. A truly special place to stay!

It's a lovely old house with a verandah set in the woods near the main road, but very little traffic noise. Nostalgic artwork and decor. On our first night we managed to sit in the small open lounge near reception with an open fireplace for a few hours. The hotel manager is very helpful and friendly 10/10.

I would like to say that the outstanding part of our stay was the degustation dinner. The food was exceptional. And I mean exceptional. I understand the chef Matthieu is only 26 years old, and yet his food was that of a seasoned chef of many more years. We were totally absorbed by his skill with food and his menu. To add to the experience was the waiter François, who was also amazing. There is exceptional potential for this restaurant. And thanks to both of these young men, we have an amazing culinary memory of Strahan. The breakfast was good, although the only option is continental.
