The hotel and staff were fantastic. The only thing I found strange was that the door to the kitchen was in the foyer where the reception was ..food was being constantly being brought through this area to the dinning room,without covers on dishes, I found it very unhygienic as this area was always busy with residents sitting or passing through..maybe the dishes should be covered to protected before being served to customers.. apart from this our stay was lovely

Room service very slow to arrive but nice hotel overall . Was questioned whether we had paid for our room service on check out .. we had paid at the time of receiving the meal

The castle is beautiful, our room was spacious, and like a picture out of a history book. The staff were all wonderful. Service was excellent. Overall I was very impressed.

The staff were just fantastic nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. The food in the fine dining was delicious. The room was lovely with the four poster bed that was so comfortable. Nice and quiet in the rooms for sleeping

The staff are incredible, always going above and beyond, and cracking a joke or making a thoughtful gesture in the process! The decor is fabulous and the food was excellent and really good value for money. Couldn’t recommend Barberstown more highly!
