I was in room 9, in the main building, and it has a little corridor through to the bedroom. Lovely warm room. Delighted with the bookcase filled with genuine old books! Liked the look of the claw foot bathtub in the room but did not have time to use. Bed very comfortable. Kettle and coffee machine good. Bathroom good size with shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to park outside, although I can see in summer it might be a bit difficult

Great location for the Cotswolds - and in the middle of Stow-on-the-Wold, which we found to be a beautiful town. Clean, safe and vibrant. Amazing history of the building - room was lovely - bed was very comfortable - bathroom clean and easy to use.

Superior room was spacious, good ceiling height, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes. Excellent central location. Beautifully decorated, which added to the festive atmosphere

The room was comfortable and cosy. Food was good, both breakfast and evening meals were of good quality. Hotel has lots of character. Stayed early December so Christmas lights looked lovely. Stow-on-the Wold is a very nice location.

We stayed one night, had a good room, spacious, warm and a very comfy bed. Staff were very nice throughout, from those in the restaurant to reception/bar. Food in the restaurant was pleasant, not special, but good service and attractive dining room.

Lovely location, well positioned in the town. Clean room , cookies a nice touch. Lovely food in the restaurant, it was a pity a number of dishes weren't available but the food we did have was extremely pleasant, well cooked and beautifully presented.
