The food was superb the full English breakfast was very substantial and tasty the dinner also very enjoyable the staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend.

The absolute highlight was the location, a beautiful Cotswold village outside a major town. It’ a fantastic pub, tons of atmosphere, excellent wines and beers. Staff were attentive, interactive, lots of fun. Parking was a treat, plenty of room without hassles. Food quality was high and plentiful !

My mum and I were on a girls trip to the Cotswolds and this was the perfect base for our long weekend. It's really close to lots of cute villages and national trust properties, the inn was super cosy and food was delicious (we had breakfast and dinner there), and the staff were lovely. The accommodation was cosy and clean. We would definitely come back again!

A beautiful hotel and public house. Just what we needed following a long flight. This hotel provided the much needed resting point on our journey home from Gatwick Airport to the North. However, the room was dusty, and the cafetiere given for breakfast was also covered in dust. A little more attention to detail would have made this the perfect place to stay. The restaurant was very welcoming, with good food, attractive, and had a log burner, that made the place feel very cosy.
