The location is perfect if you go to Stoney Cove. Steve is a very attentive host. The rooms were very clean. Wifi worked. All rooms have ensuite.

The property was very easy to find, ideally suited for local diving facilities and is so conveniently located for Leicestershire, Birmingham and Coventry. Steve is a wonderful host and a library of local information and tips. The rooms are clean, cozy, all en-suite and the breakfasts will set you up for the day.

Steve is a lovely chap he made me feel so warm and welcome also was nice to talk to he even made me breakfast and gave me a lift back to barwell. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable
