I wish I could give this place an 11. The house was clean and really well set out, plenty of space and comfy beds, lots of areas to eat, sit, relax and a nice kitchen area with plenty of cooking options. The host was excellent and the outside area was spectacular, with lots of green space, a first class hot tub, a cinema room, pool and dart area, an outside (but inside) wood burning stove and table tennis. It was also nicely cut off from the neighbours in a cute village. The 11 would be because of the pool table, while quite small and a little old it was an excellent table, not just an afterthought, perfect for the space. All in all an outstanding venue, thanks.

The house was easy to find and instructions sent to us regarding the key collection were straight forward. The house was clean and we loved the games room. We were also allowed a late check up as there were no guests after us. Communication between the owners was seamless.
