The bed was very comfortable and the shower facility was very good. The breakfast spot had a lovely view and was on a rooftop. Every morning when I went to breakfast I was met with a very friendly greeting.. The swimming pool was lovely, there are chairs to sit on by the pool and towels are provided.. I arrived at 2am and the check in was no problem.

It was a basic, but absolutely fine accommodation. Clean rooms, small pool, nice bar/restaurant on the roof.

the location is perfect, right in the middle of Stone Town. The room was so comfortable and clean, I was so satisfied with the room. The breakfast was okay.

The staff at reception were rude and unwelcoming. Everything seemed to be a major issue and a hassle it was like guests were unwanted. We also organised an airport transfer through the hotel which did not arrive so we had to use a taxi. When I brought this up with reception staff again it felt like we were being a burden and it was our fault. This was not just our experience we observed reception staff arguing with other guest over simple requests. I will say other staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful it was the receptions staff who were not. The beds are also very firm this is however fairly common for the area.

The location, the pool, cleanliness and kind staff. The bed was big and comfortable and there was no power outages.

Breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel is not quite the best as it is hidden and not easy to find. From the Taxi drop off, You have to walk a couple of 100 meters if not a 1km. Room was very small but it had an air conditioner which made the room temperature better. It also had a Fridge which most hotels in Zanzibar don't offer.
