This is a grade2 listed building with 3 floors and we have no lift anyone struggling with mobility issues may struggle to navigate the many stairs and long corridors of this wonderful historic building.Bars and Restaurants will stay closed on Sunday and Monday.Bar & restaurant open Tuesday- Saturday. Food service from 4 pm- 9:30 pm.Booking Fee: This amount is charged to cover the cost of services like 24/7 customer support, technology tools, and guest promotions. The booking fee is charged upon confirmation of booking.Reception is open from 2 pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Quick and easy check in. Friendly helpful staff. Cosy, clean room. Plenty of tea and coffee in the complementary tray. We requested a lower floor room and this requested was fulfilled. Lovely bathroom with plenty of towels available, and complimentary toiletries. Free parking.

Perfect that it’s in the centre of a lovely market type village/town. The doors are locked after a certain time for security but guests can get in and out with their own key which for a solo female traveller I really liked. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The room its self (no. 6) was fairly modern with tea/coffee facilities and a bottle of water. Small wash kits and overall a pleasant feel to the hotel & room with decent WiFi and TV. The bed was done up lovely I just forgot to take a picture until the day I left so the picture I took isn’t how the bed was presented.

The room I had was lovely and spacious and had great views into the square. It was very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was lovely and warm, all the time, because of the heated towel rail and I particularly liked the open old brickwork behind the washbasin. Its a great location within Stokesley town and therefore close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. The staff were all great, very helpful and accommodating.

A second stay in as many weeks, Liam is a real gem in welcoming you. It's a beautiful old building right in the heart of town, easy parking and lovely rooms - quirky and very comfortable. Great bathrooms with good quality towels and products.
