The fine print
For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional feeThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We were seeing a show at Fryshuset which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, so it was the perfect location. The hotel is probably perfect for visiting Stockholm centre too if you are ok with busses/public transport, as it was actually pretty close to decent transport lines (74:n bus). The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, actually they are a real credit to Unity, very big thanks to them.

We liked the good location (near Fryshuset Arena), it was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast coud be a bit richer (coffee wasn't good) and garbage bin was full in bathroom when we arrived.

Reasonable location for 3Arena. Decent connection to the rest of Stockholm, with Gullmarsplan T-bana within walking distance or the option of taking a tram. Friendly staff. Spacious room. I didn't use the kitchenette but it seemed well-equipped.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, offering a simple but decent breakfast. It's located in a modern area with great public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant.

Perfect location next to tram stop, 15 min from central station by metro. Quite neighborhood with lots of walking places and waterfront. If you choose the bunk bed option, the bed is very comfortable and not squeaky at all.

This hotel is located in a beautiful old factory building and is converted into a very stylish hotel. The entire complex is extremely stylish.

Great place, only the mat outside the rooms a bit dirty, gives an overall impression....and the bed matrass felt like i rolled in to the middle, to soft?
