Nice & helpful staff at Front Office, breakfast service staff did a great job throughout our 3 days' stay, hotel located next to Drottninggatan & Vasagatan (streets with lots of restaurants/bars and shops), close to Stockholm Central Station (walking distance approx. 10 min) and city center, comfortable beds, FO managed to assign us a quiet room on high floor as requested which we much appreciated (beautiful views over the rooftops of Stockholm)

Most of the hotel staff on reception and in the bar/restaurant area were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with loads of different choices of food and drink that was very nice quality as well. The room was clean and I had a great view over Stockholm. Location was excellent - very close to Hotorget tube station (once you get your bearings). TV in room was very simple to use and worked fine - no issues. Hotel wifi easy and no issues. I was given an upgrade by man on reception - thank you:) Also, I had no idea that the hotel was situated just literally round the corner from a beautiful church! This proved invaluable as I was trying to find my way around and used this church as my landmark. It was also lovely to visit inside the church as an additional attraction.
