reception staff very professional, restaurant staff amazing, Breakfast staff needs a little bit of training in welcoming behaviour rather than unwelcome feelings. viktor from reception was really professional and welcoming. so did the night receptionist and the house keeping

The property was beautiful. Its location is perfect for everything and the view out of the Breakfast room was a delight. It will be absolutely gorgeous once all the roadworks and building work on the surrounding areas is complete. Cant wait to see what it looks like once it's done. Breakfast was second to none. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was spotlessly clean. The cleaners were exceptional. Loved it!! Will definitely be back here again.

I was really impressed with the room. It was really nicely decorated and had everything you need. The breakfast was really impressive. So many options, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location with an underground station nearby and city center within walking distance. Good breakfast. Safe in the room is big enough for a laptop. Wifi was fast. Shower cabinet did not leak water to the floor outside.
