Very nice location, easy to get to Central Station and Gamla Stan. The breakfast is amazing, with a really good selection of delicious food! Super nice!

I had a fabulous stay at Crystal Plaza Hotel. All of the staff were very friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with anything. My room was compact but still luxurious, with a very comfortable bed, and excellent free wi-fi. The location is also great and I was able to walk from the hotel to most points of interest. If I was travelling a bit further, there was a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. Everything was great and I will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect ! We had a great balcony view. I really enjoyed the old school classy design of the hotel . Stuff was very nice and welcoming!

The hotel was in an easily-accessible location and my room itself was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were particularly helpful and friendly, having arrived after a long night train with delays and little sleep, and agreed to let me check in early to catch up on rest which was appreciated!
