We had a wonderful experience, staying at Rooms Margarita, and having dinners at their restaurant. This is an excellent example for all, how to lead such business. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our room was enormous, nicely decorated and had everything what we needed. A nice beach, the old town and a lively bar are within a walking distance (a few minutes walk). Nice views from two balconies and even from the shower. Very convenient parking lots as well.

Clean and well maintained property. Great balcony view. short walk to beech. Good parking. Good size of room. Bright and pleasant interior. Tv has variety of apps. Fridge is a good size and effective. Room service when we wanted it.

Very good contact with the stuff. The room is as described, nice and comfortable. Terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. An additional advantage is the restaurant in the same facility serving very toasty dishes. We especially recommended fish and pizza.

This place truly exceeded our expectations. Stepe and Lily are gorgeous hosts and anything wasn’t difficult for them to give us. It was almost like an apartment rather than a room with a view.

Beautiful and clean room that I shared with a friend for a week. Well air-conditioned and serviced with all the amenities you need, including towels for a local beach that’s 5-10 minutes walk away. Stunning views from the balcony and shower. Lilli was sweet and helpful and surprised us with a few treats! Popular restaurant is just downstairs for evenings when is perfect when you don’t want to go out out. Location is about 15-minutes (and an 8 Euro ride) from centre of Split which is heaving with tourists. We loved being in the suburbs of Split as it felt more like a chilled break. Location is about 30 minutes to the canyon at Omis which was another nice surprise.
