Hostel Overview

Offering a stunning panoramic view over St. Moritz, this hostel provides free public Wi-Fi and a games room with billiards and table tennis. The rooms are bright and modernly furnished. Free parking for disabled guests is available on-site.
Situated at the edge of the forest, the hostel is a good base to go skiing in the Upper Engadin ski region. Cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling routes are all within 60 metres from the Youth Hostel.
Guests can unwind in the common lounge area with an open fireplace.
Bus number 9 leaves every half hour from the centre for the Youth Hostel St. Moritz between 7:30 and 19:30. Bus service is limited during low season from mid-April to mid-June and from mid-October to mid-December.
In the evening and early in the morning, guests can take the bus number 3 from the main train station to the Hotel Sonne bus stop. The hostel is a 10-minute walk away.
Guests staying 2 nights or longer, receive a discounted ski pass directly at the property.

Very nice staff 👍 with key in the room. Sink in the room. Half pension was a perfect choice, good food in the evening.

Great staff, great bar and restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The locations is well serviced by public transport, with easy accessibility to gondola via bus, and close to hiking trails. Room was clean, comfortable and linen included. Great seating area for afternoon beverage. Close to an amazing pizza restaurant, Somme. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Washing facilities available too.

Bus stop directly in front of the hostel so no need to walk. Its like having a shuttle service. Short ride away from the train station. The breakfast was okay, it has a decent selection. The receptionist was also nice.

Friendly and prompt support from the staff. Please check for discounted ski pass and other activities while you are staying. Easily accessible with a bus stop right in front.

The location is out side town but bus is available every one hour. So we need to plan accordingly. The breakfast is superb. The staff is very cooperative. Bring your own foods as there are no nearby restaurant. I will love to come again and stay here.

The stay itself was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and they speak good English. They also help you in planning your visit to places around St. Moritz. The property is easily accessible by bus from the Bhanhof (Railway station). They also arrange a buffet dinner for 20 Franks and boy it was worth it! Each room has four beds and a wash basin. Western Commodes and Showers are shared with others but are maintained well. This is the most affordable accommodation you can find in St. Moritz and it is absolutely worth it!!! Highly recommended
