Hotel Laudinella was under renovation so we stayed at Hotel Reine Victoria which my family felt was superb hotel, its grand and luxurious.

The kids play area nearby with the ice skating ring in walking distance as well as the pizza: pasta restaurant Caruso. The free access to the sport center / heated pool and spa !

Good location, within a short walk of the lake & cable car. We liked the large bar area & the fact there were multiple restaurants on site that could be booked by app & accessed without leaving the hotel. Outdoir parking was free, which is unusual for Switzerland. Our 2nd stay at this hotel.
