Please note that there is restricted access to the swimming pool at weekends from 17:00.Please note that there are limited dog-friendly rooms available. Guests are required to confirm with the property prior to arrival and terms and conditions apply There will be a GBP 25 charge per dog per stay. A maximum of 1 dog per room permitted.Please be aware that the swimming pool is lane swimming only so children must be over 12 years old to use the pool and be able to swim at least 50mOur pool will be closed for maintenance from 7th August to 11th August 2023.

Staff were excellent, very friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Grounds are lovely, and it's close to the centre and the wallace monument. Plenty of parking (at the time of my visit anyway). The bar looked nice with nice, comfortable seating, although I didn't actually use it.

Was staying 3 nights for tennis course and I found the rooms nice and cosy comfortable staff were really friendly polite went out their way to help with anything

Bargain stay for three nights, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Rooms are more than adequate. The breakfast set up was good, and they had a really nice late check out/late breakfast between Xmas and new year for guests. The location is close enough to city centre if you need that.
